- Booking notes, and optionally photos (e.g., “after cleaning” confirmation).
1.3 Location data
Depending on your device permissions and product features, we may process approximate or precise location data to: show nearby availability, match bookings within a radius, and support arrival confirmation. You can typically control location permissions in your device settings.
1.4 Payment information
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe). We may receive limited payment metadata (e.g., payment status, last four digits, card brand, transaction IDs), but we do not store full card details.
For Helpers, payout onboarding and compliance data is handled by the payment provider. We may store your connected account identifiers and onboarding status (e.g., “complete”).
1.5 Communications
We may send messages via WhatsApp (WhatsApp Business API) and email to deliver booking requests, confirmations, updates, and support communications. We may store message delivery statuses and limited message metadata needed to operate the service.
1.6 Technical data
- Device and browser information, IP address, and logs for security and troubleshooting.
- Cookies or similar technologies for session, market selection, and preferences.
2. How we use your information
- To provide the Platform: accounts, bookings, matching, and support.
- To process payments and payouts and prevent fraud.
- To enable communications (WhatsApp/email) related to bookings.
